The Cultural Council of Richland/Lexington Counties is the centralized resource for the Arts Community in Columbia, South Carolina. We provide leadership, funding and business expertise to artists and arts organizations to support local music, theatre, dance and visual and literary arts. The Cultural Council offers a single source of arts-related information to patrons and media. We contribute to economic development and quality of life in the Riverbanks Region by promoting the Arts as the foundation of the knowledge-based economy.

2008 Founders' Dinner
Celebrating the Cultural Council and the individuals and businesses who have made a difference by supporting the arts community

Summit Club -

The 3rd annual Founders' Dinner will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at the Summit Club. This fabulous black tie event, with Gayle O. Averyt as Master of Ceremonies, will begin at 6:30 pm with a reception followed by a delicious dinner. View and purchase artwork from Clay Burnette, Peter Lenzo, Hollis Brown Thornton, Matt L. Overend and Ed Yaghjian. Music will be provided by Drake Riley.
