How do I turn off AR mode?
So I havent used my quest 2 in a few months and I boot it up and for some reason its in augmented reality mode or something and I cant open the menu to try and turn it off because the menu just doesnt show up when I use either controllers or hand tracking and its really pissing me off. help

If you haven’t already: Either try holding down the menu button for a couple of seconds.. this should center the menu in front of you – or double-tap the right side of the headset, which should switch from passthrough to normal mode.
